Rough puff pastry top with a shortcrust base, filled with seitan, mushrooms, asparagus and peas in a creamy white wine sauce.

Our home made herby seitan packs a meat-free punch in this spring vegetable medley. Serve with baked potatoes for pub-style grub at home.

All our products are cooked and ready to eat from chilled, or reheat from frozen. To reheat simply remove from box and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
