Hot off the press - 8th February 2018

Free From Food Awards - we're delighted to announce that we've been shortlisted in the Innovation Category for our Clive's Bombay Vegetables and Daal Tart - one of our new delicious savoury vegan, gluten free tarts made with okara, which is derived from soy milk and tofu production, and is often wasted.  We use it to give our tarts their deliciously soft 'quiche-like' texture.

We are thrilled to announce that Clive’s has been shortlisted for our Clive's Bombay Vegetables and Daal Tart - made with okara, a by-product from soy milk and tofu production which is sadly often wasted.   

Sally Carson, Clive’s Managing Director said "We are delighted to receive this nomination. We were keen to use okara to create a wonderful fluffy texture (similar to quiche) and our chef's Bernie and Beatus worked tirelessly to create the most wonderful range of vegan, gluten free tarts.
